  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Group classes make up the majority of what we do here at S&D. CrossFit is a Strength and Conditioning program. The workouts are different everyday (constantly varied) facilitating a general preparedness for life and all forms of athletic endeavors. It also keeps it fun and fresh for the clients. Whether you are looking for a break from the same old routine at the gym, training for an upcoming endurance event (marathons, mountain bike races, adventure races, etc.), seeking to improve your overall health and well being or just want to challenge yourself and see what you are capable of, we can help.

  • Weightlifting

    Sessions focus on mastering everything from basic barbell movements to detailed progressions through the more complex Olympic lifts. Our classes follow set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this class is for you.

  • Powerlifting

    Coming Soon -Come train with a purpose, free of the “meatmarket” distractions and superfluous and ineffective equipment. We are not your normal gym and may not be for everyone. But you will make progress, be it PR’s in powerlifting, shedding weight, getting ready for the upcoming season, or just relieving stress. Our Powerlifting program is just for you!

  • Small Group Training

    This is an advanced course that builds on the CrossFit methodology, movement technique and programming presented at the level 1 and level 2 certificate courses. The course focuses on all aspects of training necessary to best prepare for an upcoming competition: programming, nutrition, mental preparation, movement technique and workout analysis. Peers and instructors provide coaching, evaluation and feedback in interactive lectures and group work.

  • Bootcamp

    Our Bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.


  • Fundamentals

    This is specifically designed to get you moving well and give you the general physical preparedness (GPP) and basic skill sets needed to thrive in the programs we have to offer.

    This Course will benefit all ages and abilities levels: Athletes who have never been exposed to CrossFit, General fitness lovers looking to make a change, Older individuals who may think they are “too old”, Great refresher course for someone who is athletic, but for whatever reason has taken a lot of time off.

    Class is 45-60 minutes long which includes Warm Up/Mobility, Skill refinement & strengthening, Workout to practice learned movements in 5 sessions total. In CrossFit we do a lot of things for time. However,proper technique is a necessity. Speed and Load can come later. Strength is acquired by moving correctly and moving correctly comes from a lot of movement practice. This course will provide you with the skills necessary to move efficiently and safely in the basic movement patterns.

    When you exit the fundamentals course you can come to any of the classes that we offer. Make sure to grab an updated schedule to keep on your fridge! Keep your goals in eyesight and you are more likely to achieve them! Make sure you discuss your outside activities with your coach to optimize your results.

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into to your specific needs and fitness level and work 1-on-1 with you to create the optimal workouts that drive your success.
