Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans (Rx: 105/65 lbs)(Rx+ 135/95)

6 Push-Ups (Chest to ground)

9 Air Squats (Below parallel)

One partner rests while the other works. to complete AMRAP within the 3 minute round. The other partner picks up where the first left off. Each partner will complete 3 rounds and the final score is the total Rounds completed together.
