Bar Muscle-ups

Goal is for everyone to progress towards muscle ups. So if you can’t do pull ups you’ll be working on learning the kipping pull up. If you can do unassisted pull ups you’ll be working on chest to bar. If you can do chest to bar then you’ll be working on the bar muscle up. Have fun!
