Barbell Hip thrust 3×20 (8) last rep hold up top for 5-sec

Bulgarian split squats 3×8 e/s

Incline db chest press 3×12

Face pulls/shrugs 5×12

Spider curls 3×12

Reverse crunch off the bench with a dumbbell between your feet 3×10
