Welcome Beau Johnston…

Growing up I was always active in sports like baseball, basketball, roller hockey. Around my early twenties I found myself at 300 pounds and had already developed high blood pressure due to my sedentary lifestyle as a cook. One day I just woke up and said enough was enough… I lost over 100 pounds in a year by eating properly and exercising on my own. During this transition, I really fell in love with health and fitness, so I decided to quit my pursuit of being a chef and became a personal trainer. From personal training I took on a successful outdoor boot camp of my own for 6 years. I’m excited to be a part of Athletics United and to offer my expertise to our incredible athletes. Can’t wait to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
