This will be Week 1 of the new cycle. Those of you following strict here is the breakdown; Squat Monday, Press Tuesday, Pull Wednesday, Active Recovery/Cardio Thursday, and Squat Friday. Please keep track of your numbers as we will go up two reps every week with the same weight. Lastly, it is crucial that you guys get in at least 10 minutes early to Foam Roll and Mobilize, base spots off lower or upper body day.  Let’s get Busy!

WARM UP:

Core Circuit

Lower Body Prep Circuit

MET CON:

AMRAP 14
400m Run
30 Box Jump Overs
20 DB/KB Snatches

STRENGTH:

3×6 Back Squat @65-75%

ACCESSORY:

3×10
Box Squats
Bulgarians
Step Ups
